Dr Jeremy Goldin

 

Dr Jeremy Goldin is a highly respected Respiratory and Sleep disorders physician who has lived and worked in Melbourne’s west for the last 10 years. He graduated from Monash University and completed his FRACP at the Alfred and Western Hospitals.

Dr Goldin is the Head of Sleep Medicine at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Director of the Sleep Laboratory at Western Private Hospital.
His main areas of interest are sleep apnoea, insomnia, sleep disturbance in menopause, undifferentiated shortness of breath, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory physiology.

Dr Goldin has an international reputation for his work in managing sleep disturbance, is regularly interviewed in various media and is often requested to speak to specialist and general practitioner groups on the diagnosis and management of respiratory and sleep conditions.

He is the current President of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand (Victorian Branch) and sits on the national clinical committee of the Australasian Sleep Association. 

 

 

Dr Chee Yoong Choy

 

Dr Chee Yoong Choy is a Respiratory and Sleep physician.

Dr Choy graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2006 and completed his training in Respiratory and Sleep medicine through the Peninsular, Barwon and Melbourne Health networks.

His clinical interests range from wide variety of respiratory disorders such as Asthma, COPD and lung cancer to all aspects of Sleep Medicine. Dr Choy is also active in research and education as evident by his contribution as an author in a book chapter for sleep medicine, presenting his research projects at conferences and involving in regular education sessions with general practitioners.





 

Dr Kirk Kee

Dr Kirk Kee is a respiratory and sleep physician with appointments at The Alfred and the BakerIDI Heart and Diabetes Institute. His main clinical and research interests include the interaction between respiratory and sleep disorders with other medical co-morbidities.

He is currently completing a PhD on cardiopulmonary interactions in heart failure and has published papers as well as presented at national and international meetings on this topic. He has extensive clinical experience in complex sleep apnoea especially in heart failure.


 

 

Dr Peter Wallbridge

Dr Peter Wallbridge is a graduate of the University of Adelaide. He trained as a Respiratory and Sleep Physician at the Royal Melbourne and Austin Hospitals, completing his training in 2014.

He is currently working as a Respiratory and Sleep physician at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, as well as an Acute Assessment Physician with the Department of General Medicine, and is undertaking clinical research through the University of Melbourne.

Peter has an interest in airways disease and sleep disorders, as well as diagnostics including bronchoscopy and ultrasound and is a course convenor for the Royal Melbourne Hospital Thoracic Ultrasound Course. He is a member of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand, the Australasian Sleep Association and Australasian Society for Ultrasound In Medicine.

Peter has a keen interest (obsession) with football and follows most sports as well as being interested in music and cooking.

Peter is currently able to provide a rapid review service for patients with any respiratory and sleep conditions.
